DoseClan is operated by Mino Labs LLC. This policy describes what DoseClan collects and why.
What we collect
Account information (sign-in provider and email if you provide one). Medication data you enter: medicines, strengths, schedules, dose logs (taken, skipped, late, missed), refill counts, and the names and roles of household members. A push notification token so we can deliver reminders and missed-dose alerts. That's it: DoseClan does not collect location, does not use advertising trackers, and does not sell personal data.
How it's used
Your household's data syncs through Firebase (a Google service) so every invited member sees the same log in real time. Missed-dose alerts are computed on our servers from your schedules and logs.
Who sees it
Only members of your household see your household's data. Service providers that run the app (Google Firebase, Apple) process it on our behalf.
Health information
DoseClan records information you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or dosage recommendations.
Your choices
You can delete your account in the app (Settings > Delete Account), which deletes your account and personal data. Household data you created, such as dose logs, may remain visible to the remaining members of your household. You can also contact support@minolabs.app.
Children
DoseClan is a general-audience tool not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
