Mino Labs LLC ("Mino Labs", "we") builds simple apps for everyday life. This policy describes our general approach to privacy across our website and apps. Each app also has its own privacy policy, which describes that app's data practices in detail and governs if there's any difference.
Our principles
We collect only what an app needs to work. We never sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in our apps. We do not build profiles of you for advertising.
This website
minolabs.app is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts, and its fonts are self-hosted. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, as any web host does. If you email us, we receive your email address and message so we can reply.
Our apps
Our apps generally use Firebase (a Google service) for accounts, sync, and notifications. Depending on the app, data you enter — such as logs, schedules, names of household members, location (if you turn it on), and notification preferences — is stored so the app can sync across your devices and the people you invite. You choose who to invite; we don't share your in-app data with anyone else except the service providers that run the app (such as Google Firebase, Apple, and, for AI features, the AI provider that processes your request). Each app's own privacy policy lists exactly what that app collects and why.
Your choices
Every app with an account includes in-app account deletion, which deletes your account and associated data. You can also contact us to request deletion or ask questions about your data.
Children
Our apps are general-audience tools and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
